Thematic Intensive Sunday 2023-2024

These theme days are an opportunity to focus our practice, to access the 3 bodies in yoga, to discover our potential, our Nature.

They are open to students who have taken a minimum of 6 months of classes and who practise inversions.

2023 : 10/09 lower back ; 22/10 legs; 19/11 sacroiliac; 10/12 arms

2024 : 14/01 neck;11/02 inner organs, 10/03 hips, 14/04 breath 12/05 knee, 9/06 body mind breath.
