Thematic Intensive Sunday 2024-2025 with Willy Bok director of the Iyengar Yoga Center of Brussels
These theme days are an opportunity to focus our practice, to access the 3 bodies in yoga, to discover our potential, our Nature.
They are open to students who have taken a minimum of 6 months of classes and who practise inversions.
2024 : 15/09 lower back ; 13/10 legs; 10/11 sacroiliac; 8/12 arms
2025 : 12/01 neck;16/02 inner organs, 16/03 hips, 13/04 breath 18/05 knee, 15/06 body mind breath.

Atelier de philosophie avec Lucia Anjali Thibault
Lors de ces rencontres ouvertes à tous.tes, Lucia reverra les 3 premiers chapitres des Yoga Sutra de Patanjali, textes fondateurs du Yoga, et étudiera les 4ème et dernier chapitre: le Kaivalya Pada ou chapitre de l'émancipation.
Les samedis de 14h30 à 16h; récitation optionnelle 16h15 à 16h30.
