Those thematic days aim the practice to the 3 bodies through yoga, unveil our potential, our Nature.
They are designed for all with a 6 months practice, able to do inversions.

2027 : 10/01 nuque neck;14/02 organes internes inner organs, 14/03 hanches hips, 11/04 souffle breath, 16/05 genou knee, 13/06 corps mental souffle body mind & breath
Matinées & 2 dates of Kurunta* with Stéphane Bourhis
To deepen basic asanas with Stéphane Bourhis; available to students with 3 months attendance in level 1.
Kurunta* practice with the ropes open to all.

5 days -6 hours/day- of postural practice and Pranayama Level 2 & beyond in the fully equipped Iyengar yoga Center of Brussels .
This special workshop will cover the practice and teaching of the LEVEL 2 syllabus and will be given by Willy Bok, Level 3 teacher
